Some Muslims have challenged the Lord Jesus Christ’s dying for all mankind. As proof they offer Deuteronomy:24:16The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
See All..., which states, “The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.” Although the verse repeats the theme that we all must pay for our sins, if we consider the implications, it also highlights how great the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ was. —TBC
